What The FAQ?
Postage
How much is it costing me?
Even though I'm a baldy bastid and have a look of Jeff Bezos, (if you squint) - I'm not Amazon - so the best I can do postage wise, is Royal Mail, Tracked 48- £3.55 (With all yer packaging, the walk to the post office, and queuing up with all the nans - for no extra cost.)
Free postage on orders £25+
Can you send stuff to outside of the UK?
There's all kinds of rules and regulations to do with animal by products, food stuffs, and just crap in general with the state of what's going on in the world and all that jazz - so for the minute, BasicBxtch is a bit of a flag shagger's dream. Booo.
What if my bits are broken in the post?
Everything is individually wrapped and put into sturdy packaging, with plenty of cushioning - whether that be bubble wrap, recycled paper, or those packing peanuts that taste like nakey wotsits.
Sometimes though, accidents can happen (or bored depot staff being bellends) - so if your parcel has arrived damaged- please get plenty of clear photos of the box and item(s) and give me a shout as soon as you can. Email: kelly@hundhaus.uk
This then gives me chance to get in touch with Royal Mail to arrange a cheeky bit of compo, and then I can either send you a replacement, or full refund as soon as possible.
If your bits have been damaged because it's been posted through the letter box and your dog has gotten to it before you (signs of ripping/chewing etc) - then don't be a crank and try to kick off on me. I've had a first edition rare book chewed to fuckery because I left me dog in the hallway. That was my fault - not the book seller's, or the person delivering it.
What about sending stuff back? (Refunds & Returns)
I'm sound to accept returns for a refund or replacement, as long as the item is still in its original packaging, has been unopened and shows no signs of tampering - because nobody wants things to be fiddled with.
Just give me a shout within 14 days of it arriving, email: kelly@hundhaus.uk - otherwise I'll just tell you to do one.
Refunds will be sorted within 7 days of me getting the item back, and will be sent to the original payment method.
You'll need to cover the postage costs to return any items that you have changed your mind on, unless we have come to some other arrangement, so feel free to give me a message to discuss your options!
Perishable items from BasicBxtchin Kitchen, such as cakes & bakes, cannot be refunded if you change your mind. These are made to order, and we are unable to resell these items, as we can't guarantee their safety for consumption
Wholesale / Trade Babes
I'm proper buzzing that I'm able to supply some boss business babes- whether that be independent stores, dog groomers, boarders, and trainers.
I can work with you to offer personalised and bespoke dog treats for your own business (with HundHaus), or if you fancy some Naughty Treats for Good Dogs, there is no MOQ with BasicBxtch items, and generous profit margins. (Gerron me with the arl business lingo there.) Give me a shout: Email: kelly@hundhaus.uk / WhatsApp: 07845 785 871
